The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms that provided a good night's sleep. Although the rooms need some renovation, the prompt resolution and upgrade to a room with a patio and a view of Mt. were appreciated. The location on a hill overlooking the Armenian capital is splendid, but the only downside is being outside the city. The dining experience was satisfying overall, although improvements could be made, especially with the coffee. The service was very pleasant and helpful, with staff readily responding to emails and offering tours at reasonable fees.
